"We have just returned from our holiday in Nice staying at this great flat in the Musiciens area, which is really convenient for both the Gare SNCF (about 8 minutes walk) and the Promenade des Anglais. We really liked the area - it felt very local, with a bakers about 50 yards one way, and a small Carrefour 50 yards the other. The balcony was great for people-watching and we had all our meals out here, and the apartment building was clean, secure and quiet.
The flat is smart and airy - good shower, and a very fancy induction hob which was great once we had worked out which pans not to put on! The bedroom is pretty small, but this didn't worry us as it had good storage.
Ivan, who was our host was really great - very friendly and helpful in explaining keys and what's what. He was also really good about letting us leave our bags (and change out of our autumn UK wear for something cooler!) despite check-in not officially being till 16.30. He spoke excellent English and reassured us that we could call/ text if we had any problems (not that we did, but it was good to know there was someone to ask).
The booking process for this flat was seamless - we were really last-minute in booking (48 hours before arrival, over a weekend period), but got emails explaining how to get there, how to meet Ivan etc really quickly so this was a great start to the holiday! Many thanks."

"The apartment was lovely, amazing location and beautiful views. It was very well equipped, the little bag of complimentary Occitaine toiletries was a lovely touch. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. The building was safe and secure and very smart. Would definitely recommend it and look to stay again."

"Great apartment 3 good size bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a separate third toilet perfect for a family or group of friends. It was a little noisy but we only stayed a couple of days. Its about a 20 min walk to the old part of Nice where there are heaps of restaurants to choose from. We really liked Camp di Fiori the waiters were friendly and the food was very good. We also took the ferry to Monaco which was a great day trip however it only runs in Summer but a great way to see the coastline. "

"A very nice and well-equipped place with all necessities. Connie was helpful in all respects with good advice and let us stay beyond checkout time (can I write that?) as our plane was scheduled late in the afternoon.
A nice touch was that the place airconditioned when we arrived, wine, water and snacks were provided, so from the start a very good impression.
Everything we needed to buy or experience was within walking distance, so we couldn't have stayed closer to where it's at.

"Another excellent holiday at 10a, even better equipped than previous years, excellent service from all involved particularly Connie.....thank you. Found the facility to spread the payment over 5 months a real boon.Tried a new restaurant for us at Rosettiserie, superb food made to feel very special by the owners. Also a special word for Spuntinos fabulous salads, home made chips and pan bagnats. Will be back next year."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this stunning apartment. We felt very at home here and even chose to stay in and cook one night to make the most of it! You couldn't ask for a better holiday let website and all of our queries were answered promptly by the agent. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived which i thought was lovely - he was also extremely helpful. The best thing was the ease of it all as that's what makes it a holiday for me and i fully appreciated the high level of decor and attention to detail. The booking was easy, the location was perfect for the sea front and train station and i hope we will be able to stay again. Thoroughly recommended. Thank You !"

"The apartment is in great condition, the view from the balcony is lovely. South facing so it gets the sun all day, plus there are extendable canopies for ensuring your covered while having some al fresco dining. Ideal location if you have a car for visiting Nice and the other villages along the Riviera. The only issue is that the buses only run until 21:00 and the walk from Nice or Villefranche is around 25 minutes uphill back to the apartment. Taxis are between €15 and €20 back to the apartment. Make sure you visit Eze, lovely little village with a great view."

"Very nice, however there are 39 steps up to the villa. The villa is not air conditioned, fans would have been appreciated. The rest was very good, great location."

"Very spacious apartment with good facilities. The only drawback is the four flights of stairs but it is worth the climb. Excellent position in the Old Town makes it easy to visit all the local sights as well as wander past numerous restaurants in the evening. We had a lovely few days."
