The two bedrooms are bright, spacious and air-conditioned and both rooms have double beds and also benefit from an access onto the second terrace. 

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a toilet and the apartment also has a second bathroom with a bathtub and a separate guest toilet.

This apartment is a great holiday home for a group or a family with children and its convenient location leaves you just a few minute's walk from local shops and amenities and the train station.

Juan-Les-Pins was named after the town's famous stone pine trees that provide cool shade on hot summer days. Its sandy beaches and azur-blue water have been favoured by holiday-makers since the 1800s and are only a 10-minute stroll away from the apartment.

The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station where you can hop on the train and discover the rest of the beautiful French Riviera from glamorous Monaco and star-studded Cannes to the quaint towns and villages of Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Eze and Villefranche-sur-Mer. You can even easily take a day-trip into Italy to wander through pretty seaside towns and open-air markets.

Juan-Les-Pins is adjacent to the historic town of Antibes which can be reached by a short drive around the coast or a leisurely walk through the hills. Antibes is buzzing with bars, restaurants, shops and a fantastic night market during the summer months.

In July, Juan-Les-Pins in filled with music when it hosts the oldest annual jazz festival in Europe.

The sandy beaches are not just popular during the day but also at night when beach bars, music and entertainment light up the beach and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
