Villa Authentique is located within 5 minutes walking distance of the old village centre of Valbonne. This is a picturesque quarter with abundant cafés and restaurants offering local specialities.
Beautiful gardens characteristic of the Mediterranean region surround an elegant pool and bathing area which is complimented by a summer kitchen complete with two BBQs and wooden dining furniture. The property is gated for increased security and parking is available for up to four vehicles.
Inside the villa, beautiful textured walls and timber beams throughout add to the authenticity of the property. The entrance floor includes a spacious, open plan living area which opens onto the elegant dining chamber and also accesses the pool and garden terraces through patio doors. The master bedroom is also located on the entrance floor and boasts an en-suite bathroom and pool and garden access. Air conditioning is also provided.
Two further twin bedrooms, which can be made up as king-size rooms upon request are tastefully decorated and share a bathroom between them.
This property has two individual guest houses, one of which is air conditioned. The first has a queen size bed while the other offers a twin/king size bed option. These charming guest houses allow for an enjoyable group experience while simultaneously retaining privacy.
