The villa has a spacious terrace with dining furniture and a shaded terrace area with lounge furniture for guests to enjoy. The vast swimming pool is surrounded by a patio where guests can relax on the numerous sun beds. The villa grounds face south-east and therefore benefit from plenty of sunshine and there is also outside lighting that allows the garden to be enjoyed in the evening.
The ground floor of the villa has an entrance hall and an expansive, double-height living room. This room is brimming with character. The furniture is traditional and antique in style and there is a beautiful fireplace with a large mantle, giving the room an element of grandeur. This is accentuated with other details such as the pillars under the archway to the kitchen, the elegant balustrade of the upper landing and the wooden vaulted ceiling. The room also includes a plasma screen TV.
The kitchen is partially open to the living area and is decorated in a traditional style with wooden cabinets and a breakfast area. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a guest WC.
The dining room is independent from the living room and kitchen. This room has patio doors that open onto the garden and is also decorated with elegant, classic furnishings.

The first bedroom is found on the ground floor and contains a double bed and traditional décor. The room opens onto the garden and has the added luxuries of an en-suite shower room and a walk-in closet.
The first floor of the villa has four bedrooms, the first of which has two large single beds, an en-suite shower room and simple décor. The room has a cosy feel with the wooden-clad ceilings that can be found throughout the property. The second bedroom on this level has two single beds, a shower room with WC and a large terrace. The further two bedrooms have double beds and patio doors that open onto the terrace allowing the rooms to have plenty of natural light. These bedrooms have beautiful views over the gardens and pool area. The first floor also has a large, colourful bathroom with a bath, toilet and double basin unit.
The top floor of the villa has a beautifully spacious bedroom set in the bright and cosy attic space. There are four single beds, making it an ideal room for children. Wooden beams give the room charm, along with the classic décor. There is an en-suite shower room with WC and the room opens onto a lovely terrace that is ideal for enjoying the sunsets and views of the hills and garden.
The villa also provides electric heating, Wifi Internet and parking.
