This contemporary 40m2 studio is finished with sophistication, convenience and comfort in mind. Located in Cannes centre, the apartment is quite roomy for a studio, and features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and mezzanine bedroom.
The ceilings are very high, so there is a good sense of space and light. The whole apartment is open plan, so a very modern kitchen runs the length of one wall, and features a fantastic gas oven, full size fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. Also located on this end of the room is a very large flat screen television. The dining area is nice and can set two comfortably.
Beneath the mezzanine is the living area, with a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. A ladder gives you access to the mezzanine, where you will find a large double bed that can be separated to make two singles. The bathroom is also surprisingly large, and features a wonderful, spacious shower that is just perfect for two!

The apartment is located just west of Boulevard Carnot, so it is quite central. Guests will find many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and retail stores around the area.
A short stroll south will bring you into the hub of Cannes, including the bustling old port. To the southwest is the delightful old medieval village, Le Suquet, where a spot of souvenir shopping is a must. You can also enjoy spectacular panoramic views from here.
To the east, you’ll discover the main street of rue d’Antibes, where shopping-lovers will be in their element. There are also many restaurants, bars, brasseries and cafés to suit any budget.
Running from the old port to Palm Beach is the beautiful Croisette, the famous coastal striped lined with extravagant hotels, designer boutiques and A-list bars.
Everything is within walking distance, although buses do run regularly throughout the city.
