This is a delightful and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment, located in the quiet Banane area of Cannes centre.
The main living area is quite spacious, with 2 sofas – one that converts to a double bed – and a large, wall-mounted flat screen television. The room is fully air-conditioned and receives plenty of natural light.
Included in the open plan design is a stylish dining area, with high-back leather chairs and a large table, capable of seating up to 6 guests. There is a large wall cabinet for storage and a CD player for entertainment. From here you can access the balcony, which is great for breakfasts in the sun. It is also perfect for relaxing, as it offers lovely views of the gardens below.
The kitchen is also quite roomy and fully equipped. There is a full gas oven and stove, large refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, the first has a large double bed and boasts its own wall-mounted flat screen television.

The second bedroom has a good-quality sofa bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom features a large bathtub with fitted shower, and there is a separate WC.
Given its size and flexible 2nd bedroom arrangement, this apartment is perfect for families with children.

Everything you need is an easy 10-minute walk away. The main shopping street, rue d’Antibes, is about 5-minutes walk away, and there you will find something to suit any budget.
As you wander around the streets, you will discover many quality restaurants, bars and cafés.
Head to the Croisette and enjoy its neighbouring beaches, while you marvel at the grand hotels including the famous Carlton.
To the east is the beautiful Palm Beach peninsula, which has even more beautiful beaches offer water sports, and to the west is the charming port and old town.
The apartment is situated within 5-minutes of the train station, which is perfect for those wishing to explore the beautiful French Riviera region.
