Cannes Old Port 3-Bed Apartment Features & Room Descriptions

This apartment is situated on the beautiful Quai St Pierre, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the charming yachts that fill the harbour. Everything guests should need is within easy walking distance. Surrounding the apartment are quality restaurants and bars, while the port for boat trips to Nice, St Tropez, and Monaco is found within metres of the property. Swimmable beaches can be found just to the west at Plage du Midi, and also to the east along the Croisette. Just to the north of the apartment, on Rue Meynadier, is the large farmer’s market, Marché Forville. Here, guests can purchase fantastic local produce and fresh flowers, and not far from the market is the Carré d’Or – the bustling restaurant hub of Cannes. The main shopping street, Rue d'Antibes, is about a 3-minute walk away and is lined with high street shops and independent boutiques, and the glamorous designer shops and luxury jewelers can be found stretched along the beautiful Boulevard de la Croisette. Parking is available at the property, and pubic transport can be found throughout the centre of Cannes as well as at the main train station, which is about a 12-minute walk from the apartment and offers transport heading both east and west to other fantastic Riviera destinations.

The living room is decorated in a classic Belle Epoque style, with an elegant sofa and armchairs, coffee table, and select antique pieces. There is also a beautiful fireplace (decorative) at the centre of the room, above which sits a splendid large mirror. The room offers spectacular views over the port.

A satellite television and a DVD player are also provided in the living area for entertainment.

The dining area is found at the other end of the open-plan living area and features a large table and seating for up to six guests. There is also a lovely wall cabinet, filled with antique ceramics and books.

In contrast to the rest of the apartment, the kitchen is very contemporary and well equipped with modern appliances including a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and full stove and oven.

The first bedroom features a double bed and plenty of storage.

The second bedroom can be used as a twin, with the singles doubling as a large double bed.

The third bedroom is also a twin room with two singles and a very elegant design.

The master bathroom includes a bathtub with a fitted shower.

The second bathroom is very modern and provides a shower.

The apartment is air-conditioned for guests' comfort and a washing machine is provided.
