This exclusive villa is situated in the beautiful Provençal village of Mougins. There are 5 bedrooms, including a guest house, and excellent outdoor space with a garden, terrace and swimming pool. With contemporary styling on the interior and Provençal touches on the exterior, this high-end property provides both a luxurious and comfortable setting for a stay in Provence.

This villa has a very stylised outdoor space. The terrace and patio join the property to the garden space, giving a continuity between the interior and exterior of the villa. The terrace has a comfortable lounge area that overlooks the pool and the garden where there is also a trampoline. There is a large, covered dining area that creates an ideal location for alfresco meals out of the heat of the sun, in a very serene setting. From the terrace, steps lead down to the swimming pool, patio and pool house. The pool house is a charming space with a relaxing lounge area and a BBQ, ideal for lunches and refreshments when spending a day at the pool.

Inside the villa is a very peaceful living room with comfortable furnishings and a television. There is also a fireplace for cosy evenings in and large French doors open onto the terrace and fill the room with natural light.

There is an elegant separate dining room with a table and comfortable chairs for 8 guests, and a fireplace and chandelier give the space a lovely sense of occasion for entertaining. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with a large gas oven and a separate laundry room for added convenience. There is also an office area with a desk on the ground floor that serves as a useful work space as the villa is equipped with WiFi.

The villa's first three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is spacious with elegant, classic French accents in its tasteful décor, and the muted tones create a tranquil sleeping space. There is also a large en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower and features tall French doors that fill the room with light and provide a private garden view. The simplistic yet classic fittings give the bathroom a luxurious feel, and the master bedroom also has a its own dressing room.

The other two bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with twin beds and both benefit from en-suite shower rooms. The fourth bedroom is found on the upper level and is a double room with a bathroom and a small terrace, making it a tranquil and private room.

The fifth bedroom is located in the villa's guest cottage that provides a double bed, a shower room, a showroom and a convenient kitchenette making this a self-sufficient space, ideal for a couple.

This villa is great for large groups and families with children as there is an array of relaxing areas, versatile sleeping options, and exquisite outdoor space. A cot and highchair are also available and the villa is equipped with air-conditioning.

Mougins is full of culinary delights as each year it hosts the ‘International Gastronomy Festival of Mougins’. There are brilliant restaurants in the heart of the village such as L’Amandier that is set in an important historical building. This interesting town is also a great attraction for the art world. When strolling through Mougins' picturesque setting, it is no surprise that great artists have been drawn to the area for centuries, and most famously, Pablo Picasso who spent the last years of his life here.

The elegant town of Cannes is just a 15-minute drive from the villa allowing guests to easily enjoy a faster-paced side of the South of France. It is home to the most glamorous event of the year on the international calendar, the Cannes Film Festival. This jet-set town has a constant air of decadence with its film star reputation and impressive architecture. The pretty Cannoise streets have a bustling café culture and vibrant night life with atmospheric bars and great restaurants.

These two very different sides of the French Riviera can be easily enjoyed while staying at this villa and there is far more within easy driving distance. There are the ramparts in the historical town of Antibes, the opera in the diverse city of Nice or the exciting high tables of the glittering Monte Carlo Casino.
