A large, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the dining terrace where comfortable seating for 8 overlooks the pool area, the manicured grounds and the Provencal landscape that surrounds. Another adjacent outdoor lounge area is provided and both seating areas are equipped with retractable awnings for relaxing in the shade.

The terrace lounge area leads into the bright, spacious living room of the house, complete with a TV that provides UK channels, a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating and a higher mezzanine office and reading area.

With direct access to the pool via double French doors, the master suite is a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with every necessary comfort including a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and double washbasins. The suite also has a separate dressing room.

Since this villa is ideal for a family stay, a room with four bunk-beds can also be made available so that children can have all the space they need as well.

The villa also has a basement level where two of the double bedrooms and the bunk room are found along with a small separate kitchen equipped with an oven, burners and a fridge-freezer. The property also provides WiFi and air-conditioning throughout, and pets are welcome.
