Also on the garden level, there is a laundry room and a guest WC for extra convenience.
On the upper level of the villa, where the main entrance is, there are two more large bedrooms, both with large double beds, one of which can be split into 2 single beds to create a twin room, while the other has a comfortable sofa bed which converts into a double bed.
