Situated in Menton’s charming Old Town, this apartment is located on the first floor of a typical medieval building and is just a few steps from Sablettes beach, shops, the seafront promenade and bars and restaurants. Its historic location is contrasted by the contemporary furnishings and modern appliances of the interior of the property.
The main open-plan living area of the apartment is partly separated into a living/dining room and a sleeping area with a curtained wall between them. The sleeping area in the alcove of the room contains a comfortable double bed and leads out through red curtains to a living area with a black double sofa, a small coffee table and a flat screen TV with French cable for relaxing nights in. A modern narrow table acts as an office space while a dining table with comfortable seating for 4 is located in the middle of the room.
A small kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee maker, four-burner ceramic stove and an oven. There is also a fridge-freezer as well as plenty of dishes and tableware for enjoying holiday meals. Just beside the kitchenette and facing out from the living and dining area, a large window with traditional window shutters overlooks a main street of the Old Town where a small touristic train passes by from time to time.
