You can walk out of the apartment's front door into the labyrinth of intriguing streets that make up the charming old town. St Michel Basilica and the sandy Sablettes Beach are around the corner and you are in close proximity to many shops and restaurants, where you can enjoy traditional dishes whilst sitting outside on a sunny terrace.
A pretty Riviera town that instills relaxation. You can watch the world go by from a seat on the long seafront Promenade, or buy an ice-cream and stroll along the old port, admiring the colourful facades of the houses there. If you a want more action, you can go shopping in the trendy boutiques, try your luck in Menton Casino or try a new watersport at the centre beside Sablettes Beach. All of this is walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with laminate wood floors, attractive spotlights, modern furniture and beautiful wooden beam ceilings. It also has French windows and air-conditioning.
The main living space has a table and chairs for four people, a double sofa bed and television and an equipped kitchen area. At the back of the room, on a raised level, there is a double bed which folds down from the wall. This allows you to have more space in the day, when it is folded away.
