The apartment is in Golfe Bleu, on the pensinsula of Roquebrune Cap Martin. It is a very short walk from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cote d'Azur. A little path beside the residence takes you to the beach in 5 minutes.
Roquebrune Cap Martin is nestled between the glamorous city of Monaco and the quaint town of Menton, making it a superb base from which to explore these two gems of the Riviera, both 10-minutes away by train.
The apartment is situated on a quiet street above Golfe Bleu beach, and from its sunny terrace you can enjoy panoramic sea views. The apartment residence has a swimming pool you can use, and it has the same great view.

Both the bedroom and living room have French doors which open out onto the terrace. The terrace stretches around the apartment, and can also be accessed from the hallway.
The main terrace is in front of the living room and offers views of the beautiful bay below. There is a table, chairs and deck-chairs on the terrace, enabling you to eat, sleep, read and relax outside in the warmth of the summer sun.
