This apartment is well situated for exploring the rest of the Riviera and as there is the option of parking at the property, it makes getting around easy.
The property itself is located on a hillside, just west of central Nice. From here, all the main attractions of Nice are just a few minute's drive away. Alternatively, there is a bus stop with great transport links just 5 minutes from the property. The beach is only 3km from the apartment and main conveniences just 2km, perfect if you wish to discover the surrounding area or stock up and relax on your sunny terrace.

The beach of Nice is located within the Bay of Angels, which you can see from the terrace and pool, and is an excellent place for families to spend the day. Or perhaps you would like to indulge in a little luxury and check into one of the private beaches for the day. Here you can be waited on hand and foot whilst soaking up the rays to the sound of the Mediterranean sea lapping against the pebbles. The Promenade des Anglais runs along the whole length of the bay and as you stroll along you will come across a couple of casinos, such as The Mediterranee, and hotels such as The Negresco, which were the playgrounds of the film stars of the 30’s.

As you walk along the promenade towards the Château Hill which is gloriously lit up in the evenings, you will start to hear the buzz of the Old Town. As the bay ends, directly behind the promenade, is the Cours Saleya. This is the hub of the Old Town which is lined with bars and restaurants and has a vibrant atmosphere that’s not to be missed. During the day there is a flower and grocery market that’s packed with fresh local produce and aromatic flowers emphasising the Provençal side of Nice. During the evenings in the summer months, the street also plays host to a fascinating night market where local craftsmen sell their wares.

This property is also excellently positioned for exploring a little further. Just a short drive to the west and you can be mingling with the jet-set of Cannes, admiring the yachts or celebrity spotting at the film festival. Or perhaps you would rather wander through the historical town of Antibes, located just before Cannes, where you can appreciate a beautiful port lined with luxury yachts, the quaint winding streets of the Old Town and a charming sandy beach.

All of this is very easily accessible from your wonderful hillside location that provides stunning views and the convenience of a close proximity to everything that the Riviera has to offer.
