This is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment situated within the prestigious Musicians quarter in the centre of Nice. It is located on the first floor of a beautiful Art Deco building that is nestled in a cul-de sac lined with lovely jasmine trees, palm trees and rose bushes. The apartment has lots of large windows that face south-east and let in the morning sunshine, making this a very pleasant and sunny apartment.

The corner position of this apartment gives the large open-plan living room plenty of character. This main room has beautiful wood flooring and tall French windows that open out onto the terrace and create a peaceful, elegant atmosphere. Within the spacious living room is a lounge area with an armchair and a comfortable sofa. The sofa opens up to form a double bed and therefore allows the property to accommodate up to four guests.
