The apartment also has a shower room with beautiful stone tiles, modern fittings and a glass shower cubicle. The shower room also has a toilet and provides a washing machine.

For those who may have difficulty with stairs, please note that this property is situated on the second floor of a building without a lift.

There is the stunning architecture of the domed Russian Orthodox Cathedral on Avenue Nicolas II, the historical artifacts found in the Massena Palace Museum of Art and History (Palais Massena), and the lively food market beside the Liberation tram stop. Not only this, the Old Town of Nice with all of its Provençal charm is located just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Nice has excellent transport links allowing guests to easily indulge in a day trip to one of the beautiful surrounding towns such as Cannes, Antibes or Eze Village. Guests can even enjoy lunch in Italy which can be reached in around an hour by car or train.
