This is a very stylish 2-bedroom boutique apartment with contemporary, colourful décor and two balconies. Situated in a residential area in the city centre, this quiet yet convenient location allows guests to make the most of their stay in Nice. The apartment is situated on Avenue des Fleurs, just off the bustling Boulevard Gambetta and close to Rue de France with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops all around.

A pretty gated garden area leads to the apartment building which is equipped with a lift, and the deluxe property is located on the second floor. The bright apartment has two bedrooms, both with balconies and beautiful parquet floors throughout which give the rooms a classic character that balances with the contemporary furnishings.

The living room has a large corner sofa that can comfortably seat four people and there is also a large wall-mounted TV with French cable, English news channels and a DVD/CD player. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi Internet.

The dining area is in the same room as the living space but has a very individual feel to it making it perfect for memorable holiday evenings. The chandelier, boutique wallpaper and modern table and chairs for 6 give the space a sumptuous feel that is ideal for entertaining.

The contemporary, independent kitchen has a breakfast area for two, modern fixtures, light décor and is equipped with all the kitchen appliances guests will need to try their hand at some French cuisine. The kitchen includes an oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.

The master bedroom has an inviting king size bed but best of all, a balcony with a table and chairs for two. The balcony offers views of the pretty Avenue des Fleurs and is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. The room itself continues the boutique theme with calming colours and comfortable, contemporary furnishings.

The second bedroom has a high-quality double sofa bed and beautiful French doors that open onto its own small balcony. This is a simple, quiet room that has a very French feel to it.

The fully-tiled bathroom is a splendid mix of classic and contemporary fixtures. This spacious room has a large walk-in shower with a luxury finish and the WC is separate.

Avenue des Fleurs is a quiet and mainly residential road just off Boulevard Gambetta and close to the popular Rue de France. This whole area is full of beautiful architecture, charming cafés and boutiques and great bakeries and restaurants.

The famous Promenade des Anglais and wonderful beaches of Nice are just a short 5-minute stroll from the apartment. There are both public and private beaches to enjoy, including the trendy Florida Plage and very chic Beau Rivage. The private beaches not only make the most of the sunny Mediterranean seaside, they also provide a very relaxed, romantic setting for an evening aperitif or dinner by sunset.

Guests can easily discover the best attractions of Nice within walking distance of the property. An easy 20-minute walk along the Promenade or down Rue de France will lead guests to the scenic, historical Old Town. A little further is the port area, which has a magical atmosphere in the evenings as the Château Hill illuminates and the beautiful yachts float in the water next to the port's many restaurants.

Nice also has fantastic transport links to other renowned Riviera destinations and the main train station is located just a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Regular trains run both east and west of Nice and provide easy access to other beautiful spots such as Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Villefranche-sur-Mer and even the charming coastal town of San Remo in Italy.
