This fantastic one-bedroom apartment is located in an immaculate Art Deco building in the beautiful 'Musiciens' Quarter in the city centre of Nice. The communal areas of the building are maintained to an excellent standard thanks to live-in caretakers and the building is equipped with a lift. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and enjoys great views over city rooftops towards the mountains from the private terrace furnished with a small table and chairs for alfresco dining.

The beautiful city of Nice has more than enough to entertain but should you decide to explore other destinations along the Côte d’Azur, the main train station is just a 10-minute walk north of the apartment. Trains run every 15-30 minutes in either direction and the journey times to Antibes and Cannes to the west are under an hour. Eastwards from Nice, the town of Ventimiglia in Italy can be reached within the hour with the notable towns of Villefranche, Monaco and Menton found along the way.
