The interior décor of the property is modern and bright, finished with light tones and contemporary furnishings. The open-plan living area uses the space cleverly with a dining/living area in the form of a sofa and two armchairs set on either side of a sturdy light wood table which doubles both as a dining area for enjoying cosy holiday meals as well as a lounge area for settling in for a morning coffee or a nice aperitif in the evening. The living area also has a flat screen TV with English news channels, a DVD player and a HiFi stereo for relaxing nights in.
Just opposite the seating area, a compact, yet fully equipped kitchen has all necessary modern appliances for preparing great meals. A four-burner stove, grill/oven and a washing machine among other essential cooking equipment make it a convenient feature of the apartment.
Both of the bedrooms are double rooms with comfortable beds and are equipped with closets and drawers for storage. They are both air-conditioned for added comfort on summer nights and the beds are made with high-quality Egyptian cotton linens.
The first is a master bedroom which benefits from plenty of light from both a French window and also French doors leading out to the terrace. The décor is simple and chic and there is also an armchair and bedside tables. This bedroom is accessed by floor-to-ceiling panelled doors leading out from the living area. The second bedroom, also just off the living area, has plenty of light from large French doors and is similarly decorated with taste and simplicity.

The bathroom of the property is narrow but nevertheless has a shower, WC and a mirrored vanity shelf over the sink. It is finished with modern fittings and white-tiled walls.
Accessible from the master bedroom as well as from the living room through large French doors, the apartment’s impressive terrace is a rare find in central Nice. Relatively unobstructed by surrounding buildings, the outdoor space enjoys floods of sunshine and is equipped accordingly as with Nice’s long summer season, a terrace like this essentially becomes the living room. In the case of this apartment, the terrace in fact has three separate seating areas. The first is a lounge area with seating for four in the form of comfortable outdoor chairs and a coffee table where guests can enjoy balmy evenings over a glass of rosé wine.
