The apartment features a lovely small balcony, typical of the period buildings in the area, and it gives guests a nice space on which to enjoy an aperatif and views of the street below.

The apartment is located to the west of the main street, Jean Medecin, and the train station. It is situated in a nice area, surrounded by many retail stores, including the large shopping complex, Nice Etoile.
To the east of Jean Medecin is a large restaurant quarter, with everything from Japanese to Mexican cuisine on offer.
The old town of Nice, and the main hub of the city, is about 20-minutes walk south. Alternatively, there is a very convenient tram service that runs down Jean Medecin, with services every few minutes.
You can access the beaches, which run the length of the city, via the tram or by walking.
The train station is a 5-minute walk east for those wishing to discover the rest of the French Riviera, Monaco or Italy.

The living area is very simple but comfortable in design, and decorated in stylish dark wood and iron furniture. There is a large coffee table and matching dining setting, a beautiful decorative fireplace, a large flat screen television for entertainment, and a very comfortable sofa which easily converts to a double bed for extra guests!
