The second bedroom is decorated in a similar fashion with a unique feature window. Designed like a porthole, you won't forget how close you are to the sea.

If you feel like indulging in a bit of beach-side luxury, there are plenty of private beaches where you can have the pleasure of sipping cocktails from a lounger whilst enjoying soaking up the rays.

The Promenade des Anglais runs along the entire seafront and is a wonderful place for an evening stroll and is only 5 minutes from the property. The stunning Château Hill overlooks the promenade and beaches and at night is illuminated, casting an enchanting atmosphere over the area. Château Hill is where the old citadel of Nice was situated and you can wander up the winding steps, or take the lift to the top, to experience the best views in Nice. To one side you can see the yachts floating in the port and from the other side you can see the entire bay.

The property is situated in the main shopping area of Nice, a great place for an afternoon of people watching as it’s a thriving area of café culture. Or perhaps you would prefer to wander around the winding streets of the Old Town. Within just a 5-minute walk from the property you can experience the true essence of Nice. With traditional Provençal restaurants, interesting boutiques and a vibrant night life, you will be captivated by this historical part of the city.

The apartment is only a short walk from the train station where there are excellent transport links to the rest of the Riviera. Just 5 minutes on the train and you can be swept away by the picturesque town of Villefranche-sur-Mer with its sandy beach and waterside restaurants. Or perhaps you would like to experience the famous glamour of the Riviera. 35 minutes to the west is the decadent Cannes with its yearly film festival, and only 30 minutes east of Nice is luxurious Monaco with the spectacular Grand Prix held there each May.
