This city centre apartment is on the second floor of a Niçois building and offers a homely atmosphere away from the vibrant buzz down below, however the apartment's fabulous terrace reminds guests of the property's fantastic Riviera location.
The large terrace enjoys the afternoon and evening sunshine and has views over the park 'Square Leclerc' and looks towards the beautiful architecture of the city. There is dining furniture for up to 6 guests on the terrace which is perfect for long alfresco meals in the evening sun. Alternatively, there is a glass dining table within the living area that comfortably seats four guests for holiday meals in on cooler evenings.
Although an Old Town apartment, the property has lovely contemporary design features such as white marble flooring and glass brick partitions to offer a fresh, clean atmosphere with stylish furnishings to finish the look.
The kitchen is at the entrance of the apartment and is fitted with white cabinets and a marble countertop. The kitchen is compact but well equipped for preparing holiday meals as it includes a combination microwave oven/grill, an electric hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and cafetière. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher for added convenience.
The modern kitchen leads through to the living space which is semi open-plan as the glass brick partitions help create a sense of continuity to the different rooms. The living room has a large modern leather corner sofa that becomes a double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodation, allowing the property to sleep up to four guests.

The white marble floors continue into the living area and the reversible air-conditioning makes this a cool and relaxing space to unwind in front of the LCD TV with international channels, a DVD player and a CD player, and there is free WiFi Internet access within the apartment. French doors lead from the living room onto the terrace and create a lovely focal point within this bright and inviting space.
The bedroom is a very peaceful room that has double-glazed windows and a ceiling fan to allow guests to enjoy a relaxing sleep. The king size bed is made with luxury Egyptian cotton sheets and the neutral tones in the room add to the elegance of the space. For added comfort, the bedroom has a convenient adjoining dressing room with a wardrobe, mirror and heated towel rail.
The modern shower room continues with the glass brick theme that features within the property. It is more of a luxury wet room than a full bathroom however it is cleverly designed and fitted with an overhead shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Please note that the park area opposite the apartment is currently undergoing renovations, however it causes no disruption to the property. The view of the park alone may be temporarily compromised, however thanks to the apartment's height, guests can still enjoy views over the street below and the charming buildings on the other side of the park.
