This spacious, contemporary romantic haven is located in the famous Old Town of Nice and just a few minutes' walk away from wonderful restaurants, cafés, markets and shops found throughout the old quarter and just a short stroll away from the stunning Mediterranean Sea and Promenade des Anglais. This third floor apartment is situated on one of the quieter residential streets of the Old Town and is nestled in the hillside of the ancient Château site which separates the Old Town from Nice's charming Port.
The elevated position means that from the private balcony, guests can admire absolutely stunning views over the terracotta rooftops, colourful buildings, and the church steeples of the Old Town that stretch all the way towards the bright sea in the distance. A pretty balcony outside of the bedroom that stretches along to the living room provides a small table and chairs for guests to enjoy the views whilst dining al fresco or enjoying a glass of wine.
The L-shaped open-plan living area is bright and contemporary with a lovely combination of modern and traditional furnishings. The lounge has a comfortable sofa for two and an armchair set in front of a large flat screen TV with English news and French channels and a DVD player for cosy evenings in.
A floor-to-ceiling French door on the far wall opens onto the balcony from the living area and another large French window also lets in plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

A small round dining table next to the kitchen provides an informal setting for a meal when not dining out on the balcony or at one of the many wonderful restaurants in the Old Town.
The beautiful, contemporary kitchen located just next to the living area is spacious and fitted with sleek white gloss units and modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge-freezer, four-ring hob and an oven along with other necessary smaller appliances such as a toaster, kettle and a cafetière.
The spacious bedroom is bright and airy and features elegant, cosy décor and furnishings. Situated between two charming bedside tables and lamps is a comfortable king size bed which can be pulled apart to create two single beds if desired. Tall French windows open out onto the balcony where guests can sit and enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views of the city and the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
The contemporary bathroom is well designed and fully tiled with a spacious walk-in shower and a sizeable sink and vanity unit set below a large mirror. The WC is separate from the main bathroom.
This beautiful hideaway would suit either a couple or friends who want to stay right in the heart of the city. Guests with reduced mobility are not recommended to stay in the apartment due to the absence of a lift in the building and steep stairs that lead up to the apartment.
