The apartment is set on the 5th floor of a traditional Old Town building which has direct access to Place Rossetti. The open-plan living area of the property is a bright space which is simply decorated with modern furnishings which nicely compliment the hardwood floors and rustic exposed roof beams of the ceiling. There is a comfortable 2-seater sofa and armchair which provide a cosy entertaining space and a flat screen TV for quiet nights in. There is also an ipod dock for added entertainment options.

French doors lead from the lounge area to the small balcony which has a table and chairs for two. The balcony offers a perfect place to enjoy the Old Town atmosphere from on high over a morning coffee or a romantic glass of Champagne in the evening while overlooking the beautifully illuminated Cathedral façade opposite and the ambient café terraces on the square below. The doors to the balcony are double glazed to ensure any noise is kept to a minimum and the apartment is fully air-conditioned for added comfort during the summer months.

In the same space as the lounge area, there is a high table and chairs for 2 which is great for casual dining should the weather not lend itself to alfresco dining on the balcony. Also in the same open-plan room, the modern kitchen has everything guests could need to prepare wonderful holiday meals. High-quality appliances including a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer are all provided for guests’ convenience. There is also a washing machine which is located in the bathroom.

The bedroom of the apartment is located to the rear of the property, ensuring any noise from the square below does not hinder a good night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed. The room is simply and tastefully decorated and is also air-conditioned for added comfort. To maximise space, the room does not have a closet, but there is ample closet space situated in the living area just outside the bedroom.

The apartment’s contemporary bathroom is a nice feature of the property. It is fully equipped with a large corner shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit and is stylishly decorated with sleek dark grey tiles and modern fittings.

Due to its central location, parking is not provided but there are plenty of public transport links including bus and tram stops within a 5-minute walk, offering easy access to other parts of Nice as well as the neighbouring towns of Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The property is equipped with WiFi internet access throughout and, as with nearly all Old Town apartment buildings, it does not have a lift.
