This apartment’s charm and brightness will enchant every lover of the French Riviera. The four-bedroom property is ideally situated right in the midst of Old Nice, overlooking the daily flower market, and only a few minutes away from restaurants, boutiques, cafés and of course the sea.
Thanks to its beauty and ideal location, the historical city centre has attracted people from all over the world for thousands of years. No visitor will ever be at a loss of something to do, as the city provides a large variety of activities, from shopping in the high street boutiques to rollerblading on the Promenade des Anglais. Those who are exploring the Old Nice will find it basked in history and tradition. One of the most popular sights is the vibrant Cours Saleya flower market, right next to the apartment. All year round, it bustles with colours and flavours, inviting locals and those passing by to admire the golf ball sized marinated olives or the great display of fresh fruit.
Large French windows around the apartment invite natural sunlight, giving the rooms an open and friendly feel. The spacious living room, elegantly decorated, provides comfortable sofas and armchairs to enjoy, while looking out over the flower market. The hardwood floors, which adorn every room except the bathroom, offer a warm contrast to the light colours of the rest of the apartment.
On the opposite side of the room, a dining area, sitting up to eight people, has been set up. Beautiful mirrors and artworks decorate the walls, increasing the homely atmosphere and comfort.
The entertainment area, fully equipped with Satellite and Cable television, a DVD- and a CD-Player; or wireless Internet-access, are available for everyone’s pleasure.
Through the living room, the fully equipped provincial Kitchen presents itself in powder blue hues. A more traditional separate dining area can be found right next to the window, under a colourful chandelier. A mosaic of tiles stretches along parts of the walls and the cooking surface, completing the décor.
On sunny days, the roof terrace, could be an alternative to the inside dining areas. The spacious area is the perfect place to relax and simply enjoy the sunlight, sounds and smells of the French city.
Three bedrooms have been furnished with double beds, while the fourth one provides two single beds. Each room has been decorated in a simple, yet graceful way, with artworks and decorations that add warmth and a sense of well-being.
Both bathrooms are modern and sleek, equipped with showers and washbasins. The second bathroom also possesses a bath. The apartment also provides a guest toilet along with the other bathrooms, offering luxury to its inhabitants.
Close to the sea, yet still situated in the old city centre, the apartment that accommodates up to eight people is unique. Designed like a house with an individual entrance, this refuge is a place of absolute privacy and comfort. Infused with the sounds and smells so typical of the south of France, this property is flooded with charm and elegance all year round.
