|After beating Paris to be France's first city to have electric short term rental cars throughout the city and with its superb public transport system easing traffic congestion for several years, the Riviera capital, Nice, has just unveiled La Promenade du Paillon, a 12 hectare green belt running through the heart of the city's centre.|
