This is a great choice of accommodation for people wishing to holiday by the sea and those attending congresses at the nearby Palais des Festivals.

The apartment is situated within metres of the sea front. It is perhaps a two-minute walk to the beach from here, and a casual ten-minute stroll to the Palais des Festival.

Everything that Cannes has to offer is easily accessible, including the charming medieval village of Le Suquet, just west of the apartment. Stroll along the port on your way to the Croisette, and admire the beautiful sailboats in the harbour. Stop for a spot of people watching at one of the many brasseries and restaurants along the way.

This is a fantastic location, given its proximity to the sea and the city centre, while benefiting from the peacefulness of its surrounds.
