Set on 3000 square meters of land, the exterior of the villa is pristine and well-maintained with a large swimming pool just a few steps from the front of the house. The pool is equipped with several modern sun-beds and parasols for relaxing on hot summer days.

The interior of the villa can be accessed through several doors both on the wide sheltered terraces as well as through the French doors on the side. The first long terrace has a casual seating area and offers direct access to the main living area of the house. Beside it, the second sheltered terrace has a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 8 guests for tranquil al fresco dining, while a summer kitchen is also provided for preparing fresh meals in the open air.

The main interior living and dining area is a spacious open-plan space, elegantly decorated with a homely feel throughout. Large French doors and windows along the front wall allow a maximum of light to fill the room, making the terraces an extension of the already spacious living area. The room has a large dining table to comfortably host up to 8 guests and is situated by twin French doors and the stylish modern fireplace. There is also a lounge area equipped with comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and tall French doors that provide access to the garden area and swimming pool.

Also on the garden level of the villa, an independent kitchen with ample preparation space is perfectly equipped for making great meals to enjoy indoors or on the dining terrace, visible through the kitchen windows. With high-quality modern appliances including an oven, microwave, 4-burner stove and elegant fittings, the kitchen, like the rest of the house, is both charming and highly functional. A smaller dining table for 4-6 people is also provided on the ground level for casual dining.

The spacious master bedroom, also found on the ground floor, has a large double bed, a bright and airy décor and benefits from an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is stylishly decorated with sandstone-coloured tiling and has a beautiful inset bathtub and sink unit. There is also an independent WC on this floor.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping space for four other guests. The first is a bright and simply decorated room with a comfortable double bed and the second is a twin room with two single beds. On this floor, a shower room and a bathroom as well as another independent WC offer guests convenient facilities. All are decorated with charming, colourful tile patterns and have modern fittings and all necessary conveniences.

Electric gates provide access to the villa and parking for 4 cars, including 2 in covered spaces, is also available. WiFi Internet is provided in the house and there is also a laundry room for added convenience.
