This authentic stone villa exudes Provençal charm with its traditional facade and beautiful lush gardens. The villa faces south allowing it to benefit from stunning views of Old Mougins and the sea. Colourful greenery surrounds a large swimming pool, rustic cabana and a comfortable lounge area. There is also a lovely stone pool house with a traditional summer kitchen equipped with a BBQ, bar area, refrigerator, wine fridge, stereo system and a hammam. The pool house also provides a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Guests can also dine al fresco at the covered outdoor dining area on the spacious terrace.

The living room is located on the entrance level of the villa and natural light fills the space through tall, arched French windows that lead onto the terrace. An elegant lounge with a stylish sofa leads onto a television corner furnished with comfortable seating and a mixture of rustic and contemporary décor that provides a real sense of cosiness, perfect for relaxing indoors and enjoying the flat screen television with a DVD player and UK channels.

The elegant dining area is located near the kitchen and radiates the villa's elegant rustic charm. Up to ten guests can dine in this beautifully lit space that provides a stylish wooden table and ivory upholstered chairs.

The pristine contemporary kitchen is spacious and fitted with sleek white cabinets, stainless steel luxury appliances and provides ample counter space for preparing great meals for friends and family. There is also a laundry room located on the main level of the villa.

Four elegant bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa. The master suite is furnished with a large bed, beside tables and reading lamps and features a dressing room, lounge area and a beautiful en-suite bathroom.

The villa contains one lovely twin room with two single beds that can be pushed together, and the room benefits from an en-suite shower room. The two other bedrooms on this floor are both furnished with double beds and also feature en-suite shower rooms.

The en-suite bathroom in the master suite provides a wonderful space for relaxation with its stone surfaces, luxury shower and bath and dual stone vessel sinks that give the bathroom a spa-like atmosphere.
