The third bedroom is on the garden level. This is a simple room with twin beds that can be easily moved to create a double if desired. With its own access to the garden and pool area, this room has added privacy and plenty of light. On this garden level there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer, a shower and WC.

This property is located about 7km from Cannes and as the property comes with parking, this makes it very convenient to discover the local area. It is also within walking distance of Mougins itself and therefore has all the local amenities to hand including bakeries, butchers and convenience stores.

As the property is not far from Cannes, it benefits from a tranquil setting without missing out on any of the jet-set lifestyle for which the region is renowned. In just a few minutes drive is the wonderful Boulevard de la Croisette by the seafront, with designer stores and beautiful bourgeois architecture.
