The first floor comprises a beautiful mezzanine which houses a double room with ensuite, a games area with a pool table and a working quarter complete with an office desk and fax machine. The lower level includes an impressive 100m2 master bedroom complete with stunning sea views, elegant design, an ensuite bathroom, a twin jacuzzi, an open fire place and finally a hammam. Another double room with an ensuite and one further staff room are also located on the lower level as well as a separate WC and a large vault for storage of valuables.

A separate guest house, designed in the same manner to the main villa, is located in the garden of the property. The guest house includes four suites and a separate kitchen. All rooms boast stunning sea views and each is fitted with air-conditioning, heating systems and satellite television.

This beautiful property is perfectly positioned within walking distance to the pebbled beaches of Cap Martin and only a very short drive from the cities of Monte Carlo and Nice making it an ideal base whether travelling to the south of France on business or pleasure.
