The stylish master bedroom is fitted with built-in wardrobes and drawers and a large, luxurious king size bed. The other bedrooms both have two single beds, each with the possibility of pushing them together to make a double bed, and the bedrooms benefit from an access out onto a separate small balcony with views of nearby buildings and a well-manicured park.

The apartment contains two recently renovated, stylish and modern bathrooms with one including a large corner bath, shower, toilet and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom also has a powerful built-in shower and there is a separate WC.

Nice is a city for all ages and all seasons. The assortment of activities, sights, restaurants, cafés, entertainment and shopping is immense and this apartment is perfectly situated to allow you to enjoy all the best that this buzzing city has to offer.

The charming Old Town of Nice is a hive of small winding streets surrounding a large main market strip called the 'Cours Saleya'. This alluring Provençal area hosts a local fruit and vegetable market every morning which is perfect for a breakfast treat. Come evening time, the Cours Saleya comes alive with restaurants and bars to create a vibrant, entertaining atmosphere where you can enjoy tasting authentic Niçois and Italian dishes or sip a cocktail on one of the many animated terraces.

The world-famous Promenade des Anglais with its azur-coloured sea is located only a few minutes walk from the apartment and is perfect for a enjoying a relaxing beach day, sitting down to admire the view, renting a bicycle or rollerblades for a bit of excersise or even just taking a leisurely stroll with an ice cream.
