This two-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a traditional Niçois building with a lift, and there is a pretty approach to the property with Mediterranean trees leading to the entrance of the building which is a unique feature for such a city centre apartment.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests as the open-plan living room includes a double sofa bed, and the room also provides comfy armchairs and a dining area for four people. There is also a flat screen TV with French cable and some English channels, a DVD player and a CD player for entertainment. Free WiFi Internet is also provided in the property.

The living space also includes the new, contemporary-style kitchen that fits neatly into the room with its light décor and white cabinets. The second bedroom is also a twin room that is suitable for both adults and children and the room has a light, fresh atmosphere and drawers and shelves for storage.

The property has one newly-fitted modern bathroom with stone-coloured tiles and contemporary fixtures. There is a large shower cubicle, toilet and a floating vanity unit.
