The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful Bourgeois building approached through a marble tiled entrance hall. The accommodation comprises :- Spacious entrance hall with original parquet flooring and stunning frescoes. Well equipped kitchen with marble floor and slate worktop. Sitting room with 2 comfy linen sofas and French shuttered windows. Dining Room with a small balcony and sitting area.1 Bedroom with French shuttered windows. Bathroom with full length bath and period style shower handset.

Floris handwash, bubble bath, soap, perfume/aftershave are provided. You will also find chilled wine, milk, tea, coffee, mineral water and books/magazines for your enjoyment.

The apartment is well located for public transport with the bus station and train station being only 10 minute walk away and the airport a 10 minute bus ride away.

"My wife and I stayed at the Golden Square Apartment in Nice. What a pleasant surprise to arrive to this magnificent destination and find that the apartment we booked was so close to the Promenade des Anglais. Not only location, but the art deco apartment was just perfect. The furnishings, fittings and fixtures were all first class and made us feel right at home (in fact we wanted to book a further two nights however the apartment was booked out from our departure date).

The host, Alan, gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The bed was a little hard for us but that said we would certainly like to return to the Golden Square Apartments one day. We really had a great time on the Riviera!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this stunning apartment. We felt very at home here and even chose to stay in and cook one night to make the most of it! You couldn't ask for a better holiday let website and all of our queries were answered promptly by the agent. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived which i thought was lovely - he was also extremely helpful. The best thing was the ease of it all as that's what makes it a holiday for me and i fully appreciated the high level of decor and attention to detail. The booking was easy, the location was perfect for the sea front and train station and i hope we will be able to stay again. Thoroughly recommended. Thank You !"
