The sunny well-appointed near new apartment located in the centre of Nice has everything available for your comfort. 4-star hotel standard close to shops – Galeries Lafayette is a 4 minute walk, Nice Etoile 5 minutes; the Old Town a 3 minute walk, the beach 7 minutes on foot. Close to restaurants, cafes, butchers, bakeries, dry cleaning, wine shop, grocery/convenience stores, Post office, bus terminus or Gare Routier (5 minutes on foot), tramline – a 3 minute walk.
This apartment is pristine clean, light, bright and traverses the left hand side of the whole top floor of a new building from East to West. During the day this space is a delightful reading room or study adjacent to a very large 2nd bathroom with skylight on to the roof and built-in wardrobes.
Security entrance, lift, hall cupboards, security electric window rollaguards provide protection, and ensure safe sleeping at night. They also provide shade, protecting against direct sunlight.
