Only a 5-minute walk from the apartment is the palm tree-lined Promenade des Anglais and the famous beaches of Nice where you can enjoy renting a sun chair and sipping cocktails under the hot Mediterranean sun in the summertime. And come winter, the region's fantastic ski resorts are only an hour and a half drive away.

The Old Town is located near the busy restaurant and market strip called the 'Cours Saleya'. This Provençal street hosts a local fruit and vegetable market daily, which is perfect for picking up local produce.
