This wonderful apartment is situated on the outskirts of Nice and close to the lovely town of Saint-Laurent-du-Var which makes up part of the Nice Metropolitan Area and is located just 7 km west of Nice’s vibrant city centre, which is easily accessible by public transport.

As this property is located slightly outside of the tourist-filled city, guests will benefit from prices being somewhat lower than those in nearby central Nice. The local beach at St. Laurent is also significantly quieter than the beaches in Nice, making it a lovely spot to spend a relaxing day sunbathing. Alternatively, guests can stroll up the promenade, admiring the view out to sea and the manicured lawns and well kept flower beds.

With Nice right around the corner, guests can enjoy mornings at the famous flower, food and antiques markets, explore the vibrant old quarter, or come sun-down, find a wonderful little bistro on the quaint port. Cap 3000 is the largest shopping centre in the area with more than 100 shops to choose from. The mall can be found on the outskirts of town, very close to Nice airport, and offers everything from high-end fashion brands to the latest gadgets in the Apple store.

Should guests feel a bit more adventurous, the Mercantour National Park is conveniently located approximately 50 km to the north of the property. The scenery on the drive along the way is stunning and guests can enjoy even more incredible views from the park during a guided walking tour. During the winter months, venture a little further to the ski resorts of Isola or Auron for some time on the slopes. Door to door, the journey can be made in just over an hour.

This is the perfect apartment from which to explore the mountains and towns of the Alpes-Maritimes region. Although the apartment is situated just 100 m away from local amenities such as shops and cafés, a car may come in handy in order to get around and explore the rest of the region thoroughly, and an enclosed private parking space for one car is provided at the property.
