The stunning pool area is located on the lower level of the garden, giving it a private feel, and the gated patio provides safety for young children. The patio is equipped with sun loungers and a ping-pong table and there is a lovely pool house that features a large Jacuzzi and a great summer kitchen where guests can enjoy poolside lunches. The pool house also provides a shower and WC for added convenience.

The beautiful terrace is set on the upper level of the villa where guests can enjoy lovely views over the garden and swimming pool whilst sharing alfresco meals at the outdoor dining area.

The interior of the villa has a spacious, open-plan living area that is full of natural light from tall French windows that surround the room and offer garden views. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace, contemporary sofas and a satellite TV and DVD player entertainment. There is also a charming bar that faces a large window and leads into the dining area, creating a great space for entertaining.

The kitchen is independent from the main living area and is excellently equipped with two ovens, a stove, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen provides a bright and pleasant space for preparing large meals and its traditional-style fittings and décor give it a cosy Provençal feel.

The bedrooms of the villa are all decorated with homely furnishings and are equipped with air-conditioning. Three of the main bedrooms provide sea views, as well as the extra guest bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is furnished with a four-poster bed and provides an en-suite bathroom, while a second double room also benefits from a spacious en-suite bathroom and contains a TV, lounge chair and large French doors that lead out to a small garden space. A further double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable sofa, allowing guests to relax in private, and the bright twin room contains cosy twin beds and tall French doors. This exclusive villa is situated in the pretty hills just to the west of Nice. From the property guests can see the Bay of Angels in Nice and the distant hills of Mont Boron to the east of the bay. The villa has parking and is only minutes from the diverse city centre with its fabulous shopping, restaurants and Provençal Old Town.

The beaches of Nice are located only a few minute's drive from the villa. The scenic Promenade des Anglais has both public and private beaches during the summer months. It is great to indulge in a day on a private beach to experience some Riviera luxury as guests can enjoy cocktails form their sun beds. The private beaches are ideal for a sunny lunch and many of them become elegant restaurants in the evening. They are also perfect for an early evening aperitif as the sun sets over the horizon.

Along the Promenade des Anglais is the sea to the right and the city to the left while the stunning Château Hill at the far end of the Promenade becomes beautifully illuminated at night, creating an enchanting view. Guests can climb the medieval winding steps of the hill or take a lift up during the day. At the top are some of the best views of Nice including the terracotta rooftops of the colourful Old Town.

Nice's Old Town, or 'Vieux Nice', is a charming area of the city with a lively atmosphere, contemporary and traditional restaurants, and interesting boutiques. The winding streets have a vibrant café culture and many fascinating art shops and galleries. During the summer evenings there is an atmospheric night market on the Cours Saleya and a lively night life to experience along the small streets.

This property is also excellently situated to discover other gems of the Riviera such as the picturesque nearby village of Villfranche-sur-Mer, the glittering lights of Monaco with its yachts, casino and sports clubs, or the glamorous, elegant town of Cannes.
