This is a two-bedroom property with a waterfront location on the famous Promenade des Anglais in Nice. The prestigious Bay des Anges, or Bay of Angels, in Nice is a fantastic rental location and this property is just 20 metres from the gorgeous Mediterranean sea. The spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with a lift, and has great sea views that you can enjoy from the terrace.

The south-facing terrace comes equipped with sun chairs and dining furniture. This space is great for enjoying an al fresco lunch under the sunshade, a relaxing aperitif at sunset or a romantic meal. With the sea stretching out directly in front of you, this terrace has a sense of space and is the ideal spot to perfect your holiday tan.

You can access the terrace from the open-plan living area. This room is well equipped for all your holiday entertainment needs with WiFi Internet access, a flat screen satellite television and a stereo system. The large sliding patio doors let in plenty of light and allow you to enjoy the sea view from inside as well. The room has a very large mirror, reflecting light and creating a spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is separate and well equipped to create your al fresco meals. This simple room has an oven, stove, microwave and the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine.

The property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace. It’s a simple but comfortable and light room. The other bedroom has two single beds making this a great apartment for a family holiday. The well appointed bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and there is a separate toilet.

When renting this property you have the option of also renting an enclosed parking space for a small additional fee. Although Nice has excellent transport links, the option of having a car is an added convenience when exploring the rest of the coast and the wonderful sights along it.

This property is situated on the Promenade des Anglais and therefore benefits from a great waterfront location. Less than a stone’s throw from the beach, this property is also close to all the great attractions Nice has to offer.

The glorious Bay des Anges, or Bay of Angels, is the wide sweeping bay on which Nice has developed into a lively, diverse city packed with culture and history, making it a great holiday destination. As the apartment is situated right in the middle of the bay, you are within walking distance of the cosmopolitan city centre and the charming, historical Old Town.

The long stretch of beach is dotted with private beaches during the summer months. Here you can relax on a sun lounger and sip wine whilst studiously working on your tan, and even enjoy a delicious lunch. It’s a great taste of Riviera luxury and a great treat for a bit of holiday indulgence. Some of these private beaches also turn into picturesque restaurants in the evening.

As you stroll along the promenade towards the port, you will see the Château Hill in front of you. This lovely flash of greenery in the bay is the original site of the old citadel of Nice. You can meander up the ancient steps, or take the lift, all the way to the top and experience some of the best views the city has to offer. With the port on one side and the bay of the other, Château Hill is a great spot for a picnic and a bit of culture. Nestled under the hill is the enchanting Old Town with its winding streets, terracotta roofs and colourful shutters. The Old Town is a hub of activity in a seemingly timeless setting. Amidst the narrow streets you will find boutiques, art galleries and Provençal shops and restaurants that make it a great quarter for discovering the essence of the city.

The more “Riviera” aspect of the city resides in the Golden Square of Nice, just 10 minutes from the apartment, which encapsulates the pedestrian area. It’s a great location to soak up some café culture and watch the world go by. Nice has so much to offer for many types of holidays and also has excellent transport links in case you wish to explore a little further. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and with Monaco to the east, Cannes to the west and many gorgeous towns in between, you are spoilt for choice.
