This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a gorgeous Niçois building set right on the scenic, palm tree-lined Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is situated on the second-last floor of the building with a lift and therefore allows you to enjoy stunning views of the whole Baie des Anges.

Facing directly South and with a full sea view and plenty of windows, the living area is surprisingly spacious. Smartly furnished and modern, there is plenty of room for the comfortable 3-seater sofa, a small dining space for two, and a coffee table. The flat screen TV is mounted on the wall above a chest of drawers, which may be used as further storage.

Decorated in hues of greys and beige, the subtle colors of the apartment accentuate the vibrant turquoise-blue sea. You'll see how the sea is just a stone’s throw away as you open the large French windows that let in warm sunshine and spectacular sea views.

The kitchen and living area share the open-plan space. The apartment is newly refurbished a provides a modern integrated kitchen highlighted with white glossy cabinets, dark faux wood counters and deep colored wood floors. The small yet practical kitchen provides all the necessities for cooking at home such as a 2-ring ceramic hob, a full-sized fridge-freezer, a microwave/grill combination (there is no oven) and even a washing machine.

Simple and contemporary, the bedroom is decorated with a splash of bright colors by way of fun, trendy canvas art. The bedroom has a double 140cm-sized bed along with a set of bedside drawers and a reading lamp. You can also enjoy breathing in the sea air on the romantic-style balcony that faces North.

The bathroom is modern and freshly tiled in cream and browns. There is a walk-in shower, a hand sink, a toilet and an electric towel warmer, a nice little extra during the cooler season. You will also find a handy cabinet for your daily products behind the mirror, just above the sink.

The apartment is located on the west end of the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, near the Fabron area. You can practically just step outside your door and onto the beach. The apartment is also well situated near supermarkets, small restaurants, boulangeries (for delicious French baguettes & croissants) and there is also a pizzeria just a few minute's walk away.

This is a great area if you are looking to enjoy a fantastic beach holiday while having the convenience of being able to head into the bustling city centre whenever you like. Frequent bus services run during the day and will take you into the mecca of shopping areas, busy pubs and the Old Town’s buzzing nightlife. If you prefer to take a taxi, it only takes about 5-10 minutes to arrive in the Old Town and Port areas.

Or perhaps you might enjoy taking a convenient Velo Bleu bicycle into town. The city-run hired bicycles are great for taking a ride down the beautiful Promenade to enjoy the morning flower and fresh food market on the Cours Saleya or pick up delicious local fish and seafood at the fish market in Place St. François, a quaint square in the Old Town.

An easy 20-minute seaside walk will also bring you downtown, and a 10-minute stroll will leave you at the steps of the famous Negresco Hotel. The inland walk is just as lovely with the Rue de France antiques strip and the Massena pedestrian street lined with plenty of lovely French bistros to settle down for a mid-afternoon glass of rosé.
