This apartment can sleep 4 guests and is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Niçois building without a lift, however the stairs leading up to the apartment are wide and easy for guests to manage. The area surrounding the property is full of convenient amenities and there are several restaurants, bars and cafés nearby to choose from.

The bustling city centre areas such as the Zone Pietonne on Rue de France, the shopper's paradise on Avenue Jean Médecin, the beautiful Place Massena Square and the charming historic Old Town are all within a 15-30 minute walk away from the apartment. For quick access to these areas however, there are regular buses that run along the Promenade east towards the heart of the city centre.

Natural light is let into both of the rooms through skylights and the rooms are separated by a hall area furnished with a tall mirror and a chest of drawers for storage. Both of the bedrooms are stylish, cosy spaces with double beds made with Egyptian cotton linen, and oscillating and free-standing fans are provided to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable night's sleep.

While this end of town also has a selection of restaurants and bars, a greater concentration of eateries and nightlife is located towards the pedestrianised area (la Zone Pietonne) on Rue de France, about a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

For a real taste of Niçois culture, Nice’s Old Quarter (la Vieille Ville) is about 30 minutes away by foot in the direction of the port.
