The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building without a lift. Upon entering it is clearly a beautifully bright apartment, furnished to a very high standard. The mix of baroque charm and contemporary fittings provides guests with a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. Ceiling fans throughout the property keep the air circulating and the rooms at an ambient temperature during the summer months.

The open-plan living area features a plush velvet sofa where guests can relax and enjoy the LCD TV with English news channels. The room also provides a DVD player and a selection of DVDs as well as a radio/CD player. The apartment is also equipped with Internet access.

The double bedroom is at the back of the property making it a quiet and relaxing space. There are indulgent touches in this room including a velvet headboard, Egyptian cotton linen and feature side-tables.

The shower room is beautifully finished with attractive mosaic tiles in the walk-in power shower. There are classic fittings and a washing machine tucked under the large vanity unit. The WC is separate and also provides a wash hand basin.

The city’s Italian history is very evident in the Old Town with the architecture, cuisine and café culture. The cathedral in Place Rossetti is an impressive building representing opulent Baroque style. Surrounded with old rustic buildings, it really stands out. Continuing the Baroque theme, the Palais Lascaris is a great hidden gem on Rue Droit and serves as an interesting museum and old apothecary to explore on a quiet afternoon. It is this mix of ancient indulgence and Provencal charm that makes the Old Town truly special.

The Old Town is located in the centre of Nice and leads onto the Promenade des Anglais and long stretch of sunny pebble beaches. From the property, guests can easily take the tram or walk to the central train station. From here the entire Côte d’Azur is easily accessible.
