This bright, newly decorated studio apartment is superbly located in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, just a few minute's walk from the beach, and is a great option for a couple who want to enjoy the atmosphere of this lively quarter and also have easy access to the rest of the city and Riviera.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a traditional Niçois building, the property maintains its old world charm with exposed roof beams and French windows while also benefiting from contemporary fittings and furnishings. Intelligent design features in the living area utilise the space cleverly and make the property seem more spacious than the size would suggest.

The compact dining area at the entrance of the apartment provides seating for 4 and faces French windows which allow plenty of light to enter the living space. Just opposite the dining table, there is also a TV unit with a flat screen television, complete with a DVD/Blu Ray player for relaxing nights in.

A double bed provides comfortable sleeping space for two and a convenient chest of drawers offers storage at the foot of the bed. The overall décor of the studio is bright and contemporary with light walls and modern furniture.

The studio's modern, open-plan kitchen is well equipped for preparing holiday meals in comfort. The kitchen is compact but nevertheless fitted with a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and a modern stove.

Conveniently located beside the bed, the bathroom is also finished to a high standard with contemporary fittings. A modern shower and a glass wash-hand basin are two nice features of the bathroom and there is also a heater for comfort on cooler winter mornings.

Located in the heart of the Old Town, this stylish studio apartment provides an excellent location from which to explore the wonderful city of Nice and its surrounding attractions. The studio is also equipped with WiFi Internet access however please note that the apartment building does not have a lift.

Nice’s Old Town or ‘Vieille Ville’ is a dynamic mix of authentic, historic culture and architecture on the one hand, and fantastic nightlife, food and fun on the other. This property, set in the heart of the old quarter, is ideally located to take advantage of Nice's diversity and also has easy access to beaches and transport links to further explore all that the Riviera has to offer.

Rue de la Loge is located just off Rue Droite, where a concentration of independent art studios and galleries line the narrow street and also where the famous Palais Lascaris museum opens its doors, exhibiting an impressive collection of ancient musical instruments.

Wander a few steps further and explore the other winding streets and the charming squares of the Old Town. Just around the corner lies the quaint Place Rossetti with its famous 'Fenocchio' ice cream parlour boasting over 90 flavours of ice cream. A minute’s walk from here and the bustling Cours Saleya strip holds a daily flower and food market which gives way to vibrant restaurant and café terraces by night.

Through the arches of the Cours Saleya, the celebrated Promenade des Anglais is a popular spot for walkers, joggers, rollerbladers and people watchers as the miles of broad promenade offer spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and Nice’s famous pebbled beaches.

Within a 5-minute walk of Rue de la Loge, just by the stunning Place Garibaldi, buses run regularly along the coast to Villefranche, Eze and the glamorous principality of Monaco.

The train station, just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, also provides access to Cannes and Antibes to the west as well as the charming Italian region of Liguria, only 45 minutes away by train to the east.
