Villa Jardin Baie is a stunning, historical villa in a superb, waterfront location in St Raphael. Constructed in 1860 by Chapoulard, who is renowened along the Cote d'Azur for his Moorish-style architecture, the villa is one of very few listed buildings available to rent on the French Riviera. St Raphael is situated to the far east of the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur in the south of France. It lies approximately half way along the coast between Cannes and St Tropez and is flanked by Frejus to the west.

St Raphael has four, large, sandy beaches all within a ten minute drive including Veillat, Boulouris, Le Dramont and Agay. The commune is almost entirely situated upon the Esterel Massif which is renowened for its picturesque coastlines, red soils and rocky seascapes.
