The Cannes International Boat Show is the first show to kick off the yachting show season. It has been running for 35 years and welcomes all sectors of the pleasure boating and luxury yacht industry.
It is held over 5 days in the month of September across two sites, Port Pierre Canto on the eastern end of the famous Cannes Croisette and the Vieux Port on the Western edge of the Croisette.
500 boats will be displayed both on land and in the water with a usual 400 exhibitors displaying their wares from luxury tenders to designer interiors. Although this is a boat show that promises to have something for everyone not just the luxury sector.
Tickets are from €13 and are available to buy on land or at ticket desks on the day. Entrance is free for children under 12.
Cannes is well established as an event venue. It has multiple shows, events and exhibitions throughout the year. Hotel prices around the large events can be high and renting a villa or an apartment may make more sense, especially if you are a group of colleagues working together.
